Who we are
This website is operated by Center Intelligence Process SRL ("Center Process", "we"), Bd. Valea Cetății 16, Brașov, Romania, CUI 43521339, registered with the Trade Register under J08/17/2021. What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form
We collect the name, work email, phone number, company, service and message you choose to send us. We use them only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If our email provider is temporarily unavailable, a copy of your message is kept on our server in the EU so it isn't lost. We delete that copy as soon as we have read it.
When you visit the site
Like any web server, ours processes your IP address and basic request data (browser type, page requested, time) to deliver the page and protect the site against abuse. To limit spam, the contact form keeps a short-lived, in-memory counter per IP address for up to 30 minutes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this website. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) delivers the emails generated by the contact form to our inbox.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) provides content delivery and protects the site against attacks; it processes IP addresses for this purpose.
- Contabo (Contabo GmbH, Germany) hosts the server that runs this website.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months of our last exchange. If we work together, we keep what the contract and Romanian accounting law require. Server and security data is kept only as long as needed to protect the site.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
