Deploys that are fast, safe and a little dull.
CI/CD, infrastructure as code and Kubernetes on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, set up so your team ships without ceremony and can explain every change in production.

Illustrative pipeline. Yours will look like this.
What “done” means in our contracts
Every engagement ends with a handover session where your team does a deploy, a rollback and a restore, with us watching, not driving.
- Every production change goes through a pipeline. No exceptions.
- Any environment can be rebuilt from code.
- A bad release can be rolled back in minutes.
- Backups have been restored at least once, on purpose.
- Your team has done all of the above without us.
If two of these are true, we should talk
- Deploys need a specific person, and a quiet afternoon.
- Servers were configured by hand and nobody wrote it down.
- Staging doesn't behave like production.
- The cloud bill grows every month and nobody knows why.
- Rolling back means restoring a backup and hoping.
- Secrets live in the repo, or in someone's notes.
Four building blocks. Most clients need two.
CI/CD pipelines
Every change goes through the same path: build, test, scan, deploy, verify. No manual steps, no special people.
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
- GitOps delivery with ArgoCD or Flux
- Canary or blue-green releases with automatic rollback
Infrastructure as Code
Your whole environment described in code, reviewed like code, and rebuildable from scratch.
- Terraform or OpenTofu modules, state stored safely
- Ansible for servers that aren't containers yet
- Drift detection in the pipeline
Kubernetes platforms
Managed or self-hosted clusters your developers can deploy to without filing a ticket.
- EKS, GKE, AKS, or RKE2 / Rancher on your own hardware
- Backups with Velero, tested by restoring them
- Upgrades without maintenance windows
Cloud migrations & cost
Moving to AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, or between them, without downtime and without the bill doubling.
- Migration plan with a tested rollback at every step
- Rightsizing, reserved capacity, unused resources removed
- Cost visible per team and per environment
Common DevOps questions
We already have pipelines. Can you just improve them?
Yes, and that's most of our work. We make existing pipelines faster, safer and documented rather than starting over.
Do we really need Kubernetes?
Often not. For a few services, a well-run VM setup or a managed container service is cheaper and simpler. We'll tell you which.
Terraform or OpenTofu?
Both work, and the code is nearly identical. We'll recommend one based on your licensing situation and the tools you already use.
Can you reduce our cloud bill?
Usually, yes. The cost review is part of every audit, and the findings come with an estimate of what each change saves.
Will our team be able to maintain it?
Yes. We stick to standard tools, write everything down and finish with a handover where your team does the work while we watch.
Which cloud do you recommend?
The one your team already knows, unless there's a strong reason to move. Migrations cost more than most people expect.
